SMILE we have got you covered!
We work with most insurance companies and will file on your behalf. We will direct bill to your insurance company if your benefits are assignable. This means we will estimate how much your insurance will cover and collect the non-covered portion from you at the appointment.
Please fill out the insurance information form before your appointment and we will try our best to give you an accurate estimate of your treatment costs in advance. Patients are responsible for any portion that is not covered by their insurance plan.
Deductibles are an amount payable to an insurance provider every year when the policy renews. If you are visiting us for the first time since your policy renewal date, your annual deductible will need to be collected. Co-Payment is any portion of treatment not covered by your insurance – this is due at the time treatment is completed.

Not working with any dental insurance? Not a problem, we have partnered with Dental Card to provide financing services as needed. With Dental Card, you are able receive your required dental treatment immediately without having to pay immediately, instead you pay in installments over a period of time. Please call us for more information.
We also accept most major credit cards, cash, and cheque.
